We have always had strong health and safety protocols that let you experience a healthy and safe stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner in our well known pleasant and relaxing location. After the COVID-19 world pandemic, we have even strengthened our protocols.

• In order to keep the correct working behavior, the staff is informed and updated on risks and rules about hygiene and safety.
• As usual we pay special attention to the cleaning and disinfection process inside the hotel’s rooms, using also ozonizers and facilitating the natural exchange of fresh air by opening the windows before cleaning.
• We clean and disinfect air coinditiong filters of rooms and restaurant.
• The hotel common areas and the restaurant’s dining room, kitchens, bathrooms etc…are cleaned and sanitized more than once per day
• You will find inside and outside of our hotel and restaurant common areas many sanitizer dispensers
• We have plenty of open-air tables outside available during all the nice season
• The big windows at ground floor guarantee a natural air exchange from the lake also for inside-dining
